This is a very common sight at temples in the Northern hilly region (Indian). People believe that tying up bells at and near temples is a sign of their faith. For me, it was another brilliant sight :)

This place is in Northern India, along the borders with Tibet and Nepal. Its a temple at the top of the highest hill of the region
