This is the Red Breasted Flycather, commonly breeding in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. It is migratory and is found in South Asia in winters. I found this bird at Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Mumbai. For details on this tiny bird can be found here.

Spotted Owlets

Spotted Owlets spotted!  Caught these two owlets on camera at the Taj Gardens, Taj Mahal. They were quite playful - patiently perched, not moving at all, but still following my camera with their eyes.

Quick Clean Cut - Jugaad

There are lots of makeshift hair-salons in India, and you can come across several types in several places - behind shops, in alley-ways, under banyan trees, near river banks etc etc. This particular shot is near Library Stand, Mussoorie. The Mountain Dew bottle apparently has the after-shave. It has been fitted with a spray-head too..
